Dnes mi přišli objednané karty z I4, zajímalo by mě jestli někdo netuší jaký je rozdíl mezi modulem CM9 v miniPCI redukci a tím co I4 prodává přímo v miniPCI-PCI redukci, je na tom AWPCI18s.
Dříve koupené karty jsou CM9 a mají skvělé parametry, ale nikde nemůžu sehnat list s parametry na karty AWPCI, na netu jsem nikde nic nenašel.
Netušíte někdo jestli se liší citlivost a jiné parametry?
Jestli je to opravdu tak jak se píše zde tak máme po problémech

it will be recognized now. Give it a try!
Long version:

The "new" HAL is ported from FreeBSD. The Changelog there gives an idea
of other improvements for this HAL:

o support for new parts (all shipping pci/cardbus parts to this date work)
o new capabilities for identifying various chip features
o set/get tx power cap for supporting 802.11h information element
o revised api for set/get tx queue properties
o support for updating CTS in frames when doing packet bursting
o support for querying which tx queues have pending interrupts

Apart from "support for new parts" none of them are available at this
moment. The necessary additional changes to the driver are work in progress.

Please remember the following things:
1. Public CVS lags behind the developer's CVS by about 24 hours.
2. Even more important: if you update an existing checkout, be sure to
use the "-dP" switch to get the new directory structure! That is: update
via "cvs up -dP".
No jsem moc rad ze ten HAL je konecne preportovany.Otazka je jestli se odstrani i chyba s asociaci,kdy karta zatuhne na nejakem nesmyslnem ssid na 2.4ce,byt je dana natvrdo na 5.8ku a pod... .
